1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing the order). To cancel, please email us at vsproductsofficial@gmail.com or call us immediately. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• If you have received a damaged or defective product.
• If you have received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving the order. Please send us an unboxing video or photos of the damaged product to our email.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
